  • Violation of the Fair Trade Act and Fair Transactions in Subcontracting Act by PURIUM employees or executives
  • Violation of the Fair Trade Act and Fair Transactions in Subcontracting Act instructed, participated in or condoned by PURIUM employees or executives
  • Dual employment of PURIUM employees or executives
  • Embezzlement or receiving of bribes by employees or executives
  • Unfair business practices by employees or executives
  • Other gross violation of laws and statutes or company regulations
  • Illegal equity participation in non-listed vendors
  • Demanding or providing moneys or entertainment
  • Sexual harassment and other offenses against public decency
  • Other violations of the Ethics Code
  • PURIUM promises prompt and accurate handling of ethical management violation reports.
  • Should whistle-blowers wish to receive an official reply to reports filed, a telephone number, e-mail address or other contact information must be provided.
  • For real-name reports, PURIUM protects reporter identity and report details under strictest confidentiality.
